Dr. Great has had a broad and exciting work experience and career in the private and public sectors of the economy. His experience is interspersed with international agencies enterprise and multiple portfolio project management capabilities, which has empowered him to deliver creditably to best practices in the energy industry. Dr. Great is an expert in transaction advisory and equity management matters. He has successfully managed several portfolios of World Bank financed projects, AFD financed projects and other large-scale projects of similar proportion.

Dr Great holds a Doctorate Degree in Project Management from Walden University, USA, a PhD in Power Engineering ABU (In View), and a Master of Philosophy Degree in Electric Power System Planning and Operation from the University of Science and Technology Port-Harcourt Nigeria, and an MBA in Marketing Systems Management from Lagos State University, Nigeria.

An astute businessman and chattered engineering professional and consultant, Dr. Great is versatile in Power System Utilities management. He is also a Chattered Management Consultant (CMC) with practicing license, and a Fellow of International Institute of Management Consultants. He is a power industry expert regulator and a Fellow of Nigeria Society of Engineers (FNSE). Dr Great is also a member of Nigeria Institute of Management and the Chattered Institute of Marketing.
